Apostle Chevelle Bacon

Apostle Chevelle carries a mantle of apostolic government, deliverance, teaching, and miracle evangelism. His calling was confirmed through a dream given 47 years ago, in which an Angel, Moses, and Evangelist R. W. Schambach spoke with him beneath a green tree by a flowing river — a symbol of divine planting and Holy Spirit empowerment.

Apostle Estella Bacon

Apostle Estella carries a mantle of prophetic intercession, discernment, healing, and apostolic partnership. Her calling was activated by divine instruction and confirmed through angelic visitation. She serves as a spiritual guardian of the apostolic mandate.

Our Joint Mandate

Together, they form a unified apostolic government called to:

  • Establish divine order
  • Govern spiritual atmospheres
  • Teach and equip believers
  • Demonstrate the power of the Holy Spirit
  • Advance the Kingdom through evangelism
  • Build and oversee ministry structures

We decree and declare:

We, Apostle Chevelle and Apostle Estella Bacon, stand in the office to which the Lord has called us.
We accept the apostolic mandate placed upon our lives.
We walk in unity, authority, and divine alignment.

We decree that:

  • The mantle of government rests upon us
  • The Spirit of wisdom and revelation flows through us
  • The power of the Holy Spirit confirms our assignment
  • The angelic hosts surround and assist us
  • The prophetic and apostolic work prospers in our hands

We declare that our ministry is planted by the Lord, nourished by the Spirit, and protected by heaven.
We decree that 2026 is a year of establishment, expansion, and governmental authority.
